Steak - Baked

(This is my wife's way, so I'll admit prejudice!)

  1. Lay the steak in a baking pan.
  2. Put enough water in the pan to cover the pan bottom about ½ inch but without submerging the steak.
  3. Sprinkle the steak with your choice of favorite seasonings.
  4. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
  6. Pick up and eat steak with fingers letting juice drip off elbows.

Actually this last step isn't part of my wife's way!
