- 2 pastured eggs
- 3 cups raw milk
- 2 – 3 Tablespoons raw honey
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil (optional)
Pour all the ingredients into a blender and mix well.
This makes about (4) 8 oz. servings.
Tip: If you want to make an extra creamy smoothie, use 1 cup of cream and 2 cups of milk instead of 3 cups of milk!
