This is our family's latest favorite smoothie. It is a true meal in itself - just perfect for the hot summertime. And it sure is healthy, delectable, and extremely easy to make!
- 2 cups raw jersey cow milk
- 5 eggs from soy-free pastured hens (reduce to 2 or 3 eggs if you prefer)
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1-2 ripe organic bananas (Organic bananas are sweeter, and of course better in other ways too. Also, sometimes we like to freeze the bananas ahead of time to help make the smoothie colder and thicker.)
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for roughly a minute.
