Here's my cooking directions for the Ham Steaks...
- Place 1 or 2 Ham Steaks in a glass baking pan.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dry mustard, garlic powder or seasonings of your choice.
- Pour water around it up to the top of, but not covering the ham.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
- Remove bone, trim fat, cut in serving pieces and serve!
