Hickory Smoked Ham Steaks

Here's my cooking directions for the Ham Steaks...

  • Place 1 or 2 Ham Steaks in a glass baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dry mustard, garlic powder or seasonings of your choice.
  • Pour water around it up to the top of, but not covering the ham.
  • Cover the pan tightly with foil.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
  • Remove bone, trim fat, cut in serving pieces and serve!
